Pathum Thani police have issued an arrest warrant for a scavenger in his 20s who is suspected of brutally stabbing to death a fellow scavenger and the victim’s female partner, a Pratunam Chulalongkorn police station source said yesterday.
The wanted man, known only by his nickname Bung, had joined a drinking session and reportedly had an argument with the victims, the source said.
The mutilated bodies of Supakorn Khokkran, 25, and Supapan Khongyoodee, 38, were discovered on Tuesday morning. Both had been blindfolded with their hands tied behind their backs.
While the male victim was found under a tollway in the Rangsit area, the woman’s body was retrieved from a canal in front of the Thanyarak Institute in Pathum Thani’s Thanya Buri district.
